Although there isn’t much progress with the search engines ranking (we are still in the sandbox), SEO Tools website ranking on MSN is improved. The below screenshot was taken from Web CEO (another seo tool that I use to monitor my seo actions results)

Today I checked if SEO Tools website is been listed on the search engines results pages (SERP). I was happy to find out that the first entry to the SERP was finally made. You will find that MSN search engine (powered by windows live) is the first to include your website in its SERP. It’s very rare that Yahoo will list your website before MSN and almost impossible that Google will be the first due to their sand box effect.

Do not underestimate MSN search engine. Although most of the traffic from search engines you will get from Google, MSN and Yahoo are still a good source for traffic. The fact that MSN search engine usually is the first to include a new website in its SERP, give you a good indicator whether your SEO efforts on the right track. Much better than to wait 6-9 months to get out of Google’s sandbox.

I check on a daily basis the changes in the SERP for all of my websites. You can imagine that I don’t browse each search engine and check my ranking for each keywords phrase. Cool !!!! “SEO Tools” website is ranked #25. At this point you will not find “SEO Tools” website in Google SERP. It’s because the Google sandbox effect that I talked about.
I believe it will take some time until “SEO Tools” website will be seen in the SERP. Anyway, it’s nice to see that we are having a progress.

Yesterday I’ve got lots of emails from readers of my website who were amazed how fast this website was indexed by Google.

The trick is very simple. As I explained in a previous article, all you need to do is to be mentioned on some relevant websites. This is exactly what I did. I signed up in some SEO forum and introduced myself and my new project. I also asked from some webmasters (SEO related websites) to link back to my website. Some of them say no, some were very happy to participate in my realty show. I know its sound simple, but it really is. BTW you all welcome to link back to my website

Don’t get me wrong. To get a high ranking I will have to do much better then that. Keep tracking about my actions with this website.

As expected, it took only few days and SEO Tools website now can be found at Google search engine.
